Article text
1 - اذا كان الخلاف واقعا بين محكمتين أو قاضيين قرر كل منهما اختصاصه لرؤية الدعوى يجب
عليهما التوقف عن
اصدار الحكم بمجرد اطلاعهما على طلب تعيين المرجع لحل الخلاف بينهما.
2 - أما التدابير المؤقتة والتحقيقات فيمكن متابعتها بانتظار صدور القرار بتعيين المرجع.
