التقادم
1 - سقوط الدعوى بالتقادم
1 - تسقط دعوى الحق العام ودعوى الحق الشخصي بانقضاء عشر سنوات من تاريخ وقوع الجناية
اذا لم تجر
ملاحقة بشأنها خلال تلك المدة.
2 - وتسقط أيضا الدعويان المذكورتان بانقضاء عشر سنوات على آخر معاملة تمت فيها اذا
اقيمت الدعوى واجريت
التحقيقات ولم يصدر حكم بها.
