اذا وافق جلالة الملك على انفاذ حكم الاعدام يشنق المحكوم عليه داخل بناية السجن أو في
محل آخر اذا عين
مثل هذا المحل في الارادة الملكية، ولا يجوز تنفيذ عقوبة الاعدام هذه في المحكوم عليه بها
في يوم من أيام
الاعياد الخاصة بديانته أو في أيام الاعياد الاهلية والرسمية ولا يجوز تنفيذ حكم الاعدام بالامرأة
الحامل الا بعد وضعها بثلاثة أشهر.
