تسمع على سبيل الاستدلال افادة الاشخاص الذين لم يبلغوا الخامسة عشرة من عمرهم بدون ان
يحلفوا اليمين المنصوص عليها في المادة 71 اذا رأى المدعي العام انهم لا يدركون كنة اليمين.
