يجب على الشخص الذي يقوم بالتحري سواء بمذكرة تحر او بدونها ان ينظم كشفا بجميع
الاشياء التي ضبطها
والامكنة التي وجدها فيها وان يوقع على هذا الكشف من حضر معاملة التحري او تبصم
ببصماتهم في حالة عدم معرفتهم الكتابة.
