يحظر على كتاب المحاكم الشرعية ان يعيدوا هذه الوثائق والمستندات او صورة عنها الى
اصحابها ما لم يطلبوا ذلك كتابة
ويأذن القاضي به وكل من خالف ذلك يضمن ما قد يلحق باصحاب هذه الاوراق من عطل وضرر
وتتخذ بحقه الاجراءات التأديبية
ويحتفظ بمثل هذه الصور لدى المحكمة عند تسليم الاوراق الاصلية.
