الفصل الحادي والعشرون
قيد الأوراق
يجب على الكاتب ان يقيد في الحال أية وثيقة أو مستند يسلمه احد الفرقاء الى المحكمة في
الدفتر المخصوص لقيد مثل هذه الاوراق ثم يعطى الى اصحابها وصلا بها يبين فيه نوعها
وعددها وتاريخها وخلاصتها.
