في الأحوال التي ينص فيها هذا القانون على تدخل النيابة العامة الشرعية يجب على قلم
المحكمة إرسال صورة لها عن لائحة الدعوى عند تسجيلها، واذا عرضت على المحكمة مسألة مما
تتدخل بها النيابة العامة فيكون تبليغها بناء على امر المحكمة .
