لا يمنع اتفاق التحكيم أي طرف الطلب من قاضي الامور المستعجلة، سواء قبل البدء في
اجراءات التحكيم او أثناء سيرها،
اتخاذ أي إجراء وقتي او تحفظي وفقا للاحكام المنصوص عليها في قانون اصول المحاكمات
المدنية، ويجوز الرجوع عن تلك الاجراءات
بالطريقة ذاتها.
