احكام عامة
أ- يكون للعبارات التالية حيثما وردت في هذا القانون المعاني المخصصة لها ادناه ما لم تدل
القرينة على غير ذلك:
هيئة التحكيم:الهيئة المشكلة من محكم واحد او اكثر للفصل في النزاع المحال الى التحكيم
وفقا لاحكام هذا القانون.
المحكمة المختصة:محكمة الاستئناف التي يجري ضمن دائرة اختصاصها التحكيم ما لم يتفق
الطرفان على اختصاص محكمة استئناف اخرى في المملكة.
ب- يقصد بعبارة ( طرفي التحكيم ) حيثما وردت في هذا القانون طرفا التحكيم او اطراف
التحكيم حسب مقتضى الحال.
