يعتبر مركز تدريب السواقة مسؤولاً مدنياً في الحالات التالية :-
أ-ما ينجم عن الحوادث التـي يرتكبها المتدرب أثناء التدريب .
ب- ما ينجم عن الحوادث التـي يرتكبها المتدرب أثناء إجراء الفحص العملي المقرر في إدارة
الترخيص .
