يخصص لكل مركبة رقم يميزها عن غيرها حسب صفة تسجيلها وترخيصها ولا يجوز تغييره أو
تبديله إلا من قبل إدارة
الترخيص وتنظم لوحات المركبات وصرف أرقامها وطباعتها ومواصفاتها وقياساتها وأثمانها
وحالات الإعفاء منها
والإحتفاظ بها بموجب نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية.
