Article text
من حكم عليه بالحبس حكماً مبرماً ثم ارتكب قبل إنفاذ هذه العقوبة فيه أو في أثناء مدة
عقوبته أو في خلال ثلاث سنوات
بعد ان قضاها او بعد سقوطها عنه بأحد الأسباب القانونية - جنحة مماثلة للجنحة الأولى - حكم
عليه بمدة لا تتجاوز ضعف
العقوبة التي تستلزمها جريمته الثانية ، على أن لا يتجاوز هذا التضعيف خمس سنوات.
