Article text
1 - كل من مزق او شوه او أتلف قصدا إعلانا او مستندا ألصق او على وشك الالصاق على بناية او
مكان عام تنفيذا لأحكام أي تشريع أو بأمر شخص موظف في الخدمة العامة ، يعاقب بغرامة لا
تزيد على عشرة دنانير .
2 - اذا ارتكب الفعل ازدراء بالسلطة او احتجاجا على أحد أعمالها كان عقابه الحبس من اسبوع
الى شهر واحد .
