الحبس والغرامة المنصوص عليهما في بعض مواد هذا القانون او اي قانون
آخر دون ان يبين حداهما الادنى والاقصى او بين الحد الاقصى اكثر من اسبوع
او اكثر من خمسة دنانير . يعتبر الحد الادنى للحبس اسبوعا وللغرامة خمسة
دنانير كما يعتبر الحد الاقصى للحبس ثلاث سنوات وللغرامة مائتي دينار
عندما لا يعين حداهما الاقصى .
