في التزوير الجنائي
1 - يعاقب بالأشغال المؤقتة خمس سنوات على الأقل الموظف الذي يرتكب تزويرا ماديا في
أثناء قيامه بالوظيفة ، إما باساءة استعمال إمضاء او ختم او بصمة أصبع او إجمالا بتوقيعه
امضاء مزورا ، وإما بصنع صك او مخطوط وإما بما يرتكبه من حذف أو إضافة تغيير في مضمون
صك او مخطوط أو نظام معلومات رسمي .
2 - لا تنقص العقوبة عن سبع سنوات اذا كان السند المزور من السندات التي يعمل بها الى ان
يدعى تزويرها .
3 - تطبق أحكام هذه المادة في حال إتلاف السند إتلافا كليا أو جزئيا أو شطب أو إضافة أو تعديل
أو محو أي من بيانات نظام معلومات رسمي .
