يعاقب بالحبس من شهر الى ستة اشهر كل من اجرى مراسيم زواج او كان طرفا في اجراء تلك
المراسيم بصورة لا تتفق مع أحكام قانون
الأحوال الشخصية أو أي تشريعات أخرى نافذة .
