إذا لم يقم من طلق زوجه أو من ينيبه عنه بمراجعة المحكمة المختصة لطلب تسجيل هذا
الطلاق خلال المدة المحددة وفق أحكام قانون الأحوال
الشخصية يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على شهر واحد او بغرامة من ثلاثين ديناراً إلى مائة دينار.
