الاغتصاب
الباب السابع - في الجرائم المخلة بالاخلاق والآداب العامة
أ- الاغتصاب ومواقعة القاصر.
1 - من واقع انثى (غير زوجه) بغير رضاها سواء بالاكراه او التهديد او بالحيلة او بالخداع عوقب
بالاشغال المؤقتة مدة لا تقل عن خمس عشرة سنة .
2 - كل شخص اقدم على اغتصاب فتاة لم تتم الخامسة عشرة من عمرها يعاقب بالاعدام .
ب- وتكون العقوبة الأشغال عشرين سنة إذا كانت المجني عليها قد أكملت الخامسة عشرة
ولم تكمل الثامنة عشرة من عمرها .
