من واقع انثى (غير زوجه) لا تستطيع المقاومة بسبب ضعف او عجز جسدي او نفسي او عقلي
يعد مرتكباً للجرم المنصوص عليه في المادة
( 292 ) من هذا القانون ويعاقب بالعقوبة المنصوص عليها فيها.
