( 2 ) هتك العرض
1 . - كل من هتك بالعنف او التهديد عرض إنسان عوقب بالأشغال مدة لا تنقص عن أربع سنوات
2 - ويكون الحد الأدنى للعقوبة خمس سنوات إذا كان المجني عليه قد أكمل الخامسة عشرة ولم يكمل
. الثامنة عشرة من عمره
3 - ويكون الحد الأدنى للعقوبة سبع سنوات إذا كان المجني عليه قد أكمل الثانية عشرة ولم يكمل
. الخامسة عشرة من عمره
