Article text
1 - كل من هتك بغير عنف او تهديد عرض ولد – ذكرا كان او انثى – أكمل الخامسة عشرة ولم
يكمل الثامنة عشرة من عمره او حمله على ارتكاب فعل هتك العرض يعاقب بالاشغال المؤقتة
مدة لا تزيد على عشر سنوات .
2 - ويكون الحد الأدنى للعقوبة خمس سنوات إذا كان المجني عليه قد أكمل الثانية عشرة ولم
يكمل الخامسة عشرة من عمره .
