يعاقب الخاطف بالحبس من شهر الى سنة ، اذا أرجع من تلقاء نفسه المخطوف في خلال
ثمان وأربعين ساعة الى مكان أمين وأعاد إليه حريته دون ان يقع عليه أي اعتداء ماس بالشرف
والعرض او جريمة أخرى تؤلف جناية او جنحة .
