Article text
1 ( - تضاعف العقوبات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 305 ) ( و 306 ) من هذا القانون في أي من
-: الاحوال التالية
( أ- اذا كان الفاعل احد الاشخاص المشار اليهم في المادة 295 ) من هذا القانون .
( ب- اذا كان المجني عليه احد الاشخاص المشار اليهم في المادة 297 ) من هذا القانون.
ج- اذا اقترفها شخصان فأكثر .
2 - في حال التكرار لا يجوز تبديل عقوبة الحبس المحكوم بها في الجرائم المشار اليها في
( الفقرة 1 . ) من هذه المادة بالغرامة
