( و 342 ) من هذا القانون ، لا يستفيد من العذر
( المخفف الوارد في المادتين 97 ) ( و 98 ) من هذا القانون الشخص الذي يرتكب أيا من الجنايات
الواردة في الفصل الاول من الباب الثامن من
هذا القانون اذا وقع الفعل على من لم يكمل الخامسة عشرة من عمره ذكراً كان او انثى .
