الفصل الثاني
في تعاطي المسكرات والمخدرات
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة اشهر أو بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة دينار ولا تزيد على مائتي دينار أو بكلتا
هاتين العقوبتين كل من:-
1 - تصرف في محل عام تصرفا منافيا للآداب أو يحدث إخلالا بالطمأنينة العامة.
2 - وجد في محل عام أو مكان مباح للجمهور وهو في حالة السكر وتصرف تصرفا مقرونا بالشغب وإزعاج
