Article text
تكون العقوبة الحبس من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات اذا كان مرتكب الافعال المبينة في المادة
السابقة :
1 - خادماً بأجرة أو عاملاً لدى صاحب العمل ، وكان الضرر الناشئ عنها موجها الى مخدومه أو
. صاحب العمل
2 - مدير مؤسسة خيرية وكل شخص مسؤول عن اعمالها .
3 . - وصي ناقص الأهلية أو فاقدها
4 . - محامياً او كاتب عدل
5 . - كل شخص مستناب عن السلطة العامة لإدارة اموال تخص الدولة او الافراد او لحراستها
