كل من تصرف تصرف المالك في أي شيء منقول دخل في حيازته بسبب هفوة حصلت من
المالك وكان يعلم أنه
حصل عليه بتلك الصورة وكتمه او رفض اعادته يعاقب بالحبس حتى ستة اشهر او بغرامة حتى
خمسين ديناراً.
