اذا ارتكبت الجريمة باسم شركة او لحسابها فان هذه الشركة تستهدف للتدابير الاحترازية كما
يستهدف للعقوبات المنصوص
عليها في المادة السابقة الأشخاص المسؤولون في الشركة الذين يساهمون في الفعل او
يسهلون او يتيحون ارتكابه عن قصد
منهم.
