Article 444 of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960
Article text
1 - كل من أقدم قصداً على هدم بناء غيره كله او بعضه ، يعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر الى
سنتين وبالغرامة من
خمسة دنانير الى خمسة وعشرين ديناراً.
2 - وإذا وقع الهدم ولو جزئياً على الأكواخ والجدر غير المطينة او الحيطان المبنية بالدبش دون
طين ، كانت
عقوبة الحبس حتى ستة أشهر او الغرامة حتى عشرين ديناراً.
