1 - كل من الحق باختياره ضرراً بمال غيره المنقول ، يعاقب بناء على شكوى المتضرر بالحبس مدة
لا تتجاوز سنة او بغرامة
لا تتجاوز خمسين ديناراً او بكلتا العقوبتين.
2 - تنازل الشاكي يسقط دعوى الحق العام.
