Article 467 bis of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960
Article text
1 - يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة اشهر ولا تزيد على سنة كل من احدث شغبا او حرض على
الكراهية بأي وسيلة كانت في المؤسسات التعليمية او المنشآت الرياضية او أي مكان آخر امتد
اليه هذا الشغب.
2 - تكون العقوبة مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة اشهر ولا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات اذا اقترن الفعل
( المنصوص عليه في الفقرة 1 ) من هذه المادة بحمل السلاح او أي اداة خطرة او القاء مواد صلبة
او سائلة او أي مواد أخرى مضرة او نجم عن ذلك اضرار بالغير او بالأموال العامة او الخاصة.
