Article 131 of Labour Law No. 8 of 1996
Article text
أ- ينفذ قرار المحكمة العمالية اعتباراً من التاريخ الذي تعينه.
ب- يعمل بالتسوية التي تم التوصل اليها نتيجة اجراءات التوفيق اعتباراً من التاريخ الذي اتفق
عليه أطراف النزاع العمالي
وإذا لم يتم الاتفاق على ذلك فيعمل بالتسوية اعتباراً من تاريخ التوقيع على تقرير التسوية
وتكون ملزمة لجميع أطرافها
وبالشروط المنصوص عليها فيها.
