Article text
لا يجوز لأي صاحب عمل خلال النظر في النزاع العمالي لدى مندوب التوفيق أو مجلس التوفيق أو
المحكمة العمالية القيام
بأي من الأعمال التالية:
أ- تغيير شروط الاستخدام السارية المفعول.
ب- فصل أي عامل دون الحصول على اذن كتابي من مندوب التوفيق أو المجلس أو المحكمة
العمالية حسب مقتضى الحال.
