Article 38 of Labour Law No. 8 of 1996
Article text
يجوز انهاء عقد التدريب بناء على طلب أحد الفريقين فى أي من الحالات التالية:
أ- إذا ارتكب أحدهما أي مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون أو الانظمة الصادرة بموجبه.
ب- أذا لم يقم أحدهما بواجباته وفقاً لشروط العقد المبرم بينهما.
ج- إذا استحال تنفيذ شروط العقد لأسباب خارجة عن ارادة أحد الفريقين.
د- إذا نقل صاحب العمل مكان التدريب المحدد في العقد إلى مكان آخر يشكل الانتقال إليه
صعوبة على المتدرب او يضر بمصلحته
ولا يجوز للمتدرب أن يحتج بهذا السبب بعد مضي شهر واحد على نقله إلى مكان التدريب الجديد.
هـ- إذا كان استمرار المتدرب في العمل يهدد سلامته أو صحته وثبت ذلك بتقرير مفتش العمل أو
تقرير طبي صادر عن لجنة
