الفصل السادس
عقد العمل الجماعي
أ- ينظم عقد العمل الجماعي على ثلاث نسخ أصلية على الاقل ويحتفظ كل طرف بنسخة منه وتودع النسخة الثالثة لدى الوزارة
ويكون عقد العمل الجماعي ملزما من التاريخ المحدد فيه وفي حالة عدم تحديد التاريخ فمن تاريخ تسجيله في الوزارة .
ب- يصدر الوزير التعليمات المتعلقة بكيفية تسجيل عقود العمل الجماعية والانضمام اليها واي امور تنظيمية متعلقة بها، على
في الجريدة الرسمية واعلانها على لوحة خاصة في مكان العمل.
