Article text
أ- لا يجوز تشغيل العامل اكثر من ثماني ساعات يوميا او ثمان واربعين ساعة في الاسبوع الا في
الحالات المنصوص عليها
في هذا القانون ولا يحسب منها الوقت المخصص لتناول الطعام والراحة .
ب- يجوز توزيع الحد الاعلى لساعات العمل الاسبوعية وفترات الراحة بحيث لا يزيد مجموعها على
احدى عشرة ساعة في اليوم.
