الفصل الثامن
تنظيم العمل والاجازات
على كل صاحب عمل يستخدم عشرة عمال فأكثر أن يضع نظاماً داخلياً لتنظيم العمل فى
مؤسسته يبين فيه أوقات الدوام وفترات
الراحة اليومية والأسبوعية ومخالفات العمل والعقوبات والتدابير المتخذة بشأنها بما فى ذلك
الفصل من العمل وكيفية تنفيذها
وأي تفاصيل أخرى تقتضيها طبيعة العمل ويخضع النظام الداخلي للمؤسسة لتصديق الوزير او
من يفوضه ويعمل به من تاريخ تصديقه.
