لكل من الزوجين العاملين الحصول على أجازة لمرة واحدة دون أجر لمدة لا تزيد على سنتين
لمرافقة زوجه إذا انتقل الى
عمل آخر يقع خارج المحافظة التي يعمل فيها داخل المملكة أو الى عمل يقع خارجها.
