أ-يحظر أي تمييز على أساس الجنس بين العاملين من شأنه المساس بتكافؤ الفرص .
ب-يصدر الوزير التعليمات اللازمة لحماية المرأة الحامل والمرضعة وذوي الاعاقة والاشخاص الذين يؤدون
عملاً ليلياً لخلق بيئة عمل آمنه .
