أ- تقدم لائحة الطعن الى المحكمة الإدارية لترفعها مع اوراق الدعوى الى المحكمة الإدارية
العليا بعد اجراء التبليغات ، وترفق لائحة الطعن بنسخ كافية للتبليغ.
ب- تطبق المحكمة الإدارية العليا الشروط والاجراءات ذاتها المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون
والمتبعة لدى المحكمة الإدارية.
