أ- تنظر المحكمة الإدارية العليا في الطعون المرفوعة اليها مرافعة باستثناء الطعون المتعلقة
بالقرارات المستعجلة.
ب- في اليوم المعين للمحاكمة تباشر المحكمة الإدارية العليا رؤية الدعوى وبعد ان تستمع
لمرافعات الاطراف تصدر حكمها وفقا لاحكام هذا القانون.
