تصدر المحكمة الإدارية العليا قرارها بالإجماع او بالأكثرية وعلى ان يشمل قرارها ما يلي:-
أ- أسماء أطراف الدعوى ووكلائهم.
ب- أسماء القضاة الذين اشتركوا في إصدار الحكم او حضروا النطق به اذا تم نظر الدعوى
مرافعة.
ج- عرضا مجملا لوقائع الدعوى وطلبات الخصوم وخلاصة موجزة لدفوعهم ودفاعهم الجوهري.
د- خلاصة وافية للحكم المطعون فيه.
هـ- الأسباب التي اوردها الاطراف للطعن في الحكم المطعون فيه أو لتأييده.
و- رد المحكمة الإدارية العليا على أسباب الطعن وبيان أسباب حكمها برد الطعن أو قبوله.
ز- تاريخ صدور الحكم.
