Article text
أ- إذا وجدت المحكمة الإدارية العليا ان الحكم المطعون فيه موافق للقانون فتؤيده واذا وجدت
ان الحكم المطعون فيه مخالف للقانون فتقضي بنقضه وتحكم في الدعوى.
ب- إذا ردت الدعوى لعدم الاختصاص أو لكون القضية مقضية او لعدم الخصومة أو لأي سبب
شكلي آخر تنقض المحكمة الإدارية العليا الحكم وتعيد الدعوى الى المحكمة الإدارية للنظر في
الموضوع.
ج- تحكم المحكمة الإدارية العليا بالرسوم والمصاريف والأتعاب وفقا لأحكام القانون.
