Article text
أ- يلتزم المؤم َّن له بدفع قسط التأمين وفقا لما تم الاتفاق عليه مع المؤم ِّن ولو أبرم عقد
التأمين لمصلحة طرف آخر غير المؤم َّن له.
( ب- للمؤم ِّن إنهاء عقد التأمين اذا تخلف المؤم َّن له عن دفع قسط التأمين، ومضى 60 ) ستون
يوماً على تاريخ تبلغه إشعارا من المؤم ِّن بوجوب الدفع، وله الحق في مطالبة المؤم َّن له بأقساط
التأمين عن المدة السابقة لإنهائه.
