Insurance Contracts Law No. 11 of 2026
Article text
أ- يكون قسط التأمين مقابلا الخطر المؤمن منه.
ب- إذا هلك محل التأمين بسبب تحقق خطر آخر غير الخطر المؤمن منه، انقضى عقد التأمين
حكما وسقط التزام المؤمن له بدفع قسط التأمين بنسبة المدة المتبقية من العقد.
ج- إذا زال الخطر المؤمن منه انقضى عقد التأمين حكما، وإذا سبق للمؤمن له دفع قسط
التأمين، فعلى المؤمن أن يرد للمؤمن له قسط التأمين المقابل للمدة التي زال فيها الخطر.
