Insurance Contracts Law No. 11 of 2026
Article text
أ- يحدد مبلغ التأمين عند التعاقد ويكون هو الحد الأعلى لما يلتزم المؤمّن بدفعه للمؤم َّن له أو
للمستفيد عند تحقق الخطر أو حلول الواقعة المتفق عليها في عقد التأمين.
ب- لطرفي العقد الاتفاق خلال سريانه على تعديل مبلغ التأمين على أن تتحدد مسؤولية
المؤمّن عند تحقق الخطر المؤمن منه أو حلول الواقعة الواردة في عقد التأمين وفقا لآخر تعديل
اتفق عليه الطرفان.
ج- يجوز أن يتضمن مبلغ التأمين المستحق إضافات أو خصومات تم الاتفاق عليها بين الطرفين
وتضمنها عقد التأمين.
