يلتزم المؤم ِّن في عقود التأمين على الأشخاص بدفع المبلغ المستحق بموجب عقد التأمين عند
تحقق الخطر المؤم َّن منه أو حدوث الواقعة أو حلول الأجل المحدد في العقد ولو لم يلحق
بالمؤم َّن له أو المستفيد أي ضرر.
