Article text
- أ 1 - للمؤم َّن له في عقود التأمين على الحياة حق تعيين المستفيد عند إبرام العقد، ولا يشترط
موافقة المستفيد على تعيينه مستفيدا.
2 - للمؤم َّن له منح الحق للمؤمّن عليه في تعيين المستفيد أو تغييره، وفي كلتا الحالتين يشترط
. إعلام المؤم ِّن خطيا بذلك، على أن يتم إصدار ملحق لعقد التأمين يتضمن التغيير
ب- يجوز الاتفاق على عدم جواز تغيير المستفيد، وعلى الرغم من ذلك للمؤم َّن له أو المؤم َّن
عليه، حسب مقتضى الحال أن يستبدل المستفيد إذا ثبت شروع المستفيد في إحداث وفاة
المؤم َّن عليه أو التحريض عليها.
