Article text
أ - يشترط عند إبرام عقد التأمين على الحياة الحصول على الموافقة الخطية لأي ممن يلي:-
1 - المؤمن عليه أو وكيله بموجب وكالة عدلية خاصة.
2 . - من يمثل المؤمن عليه قانونا في حال عدم توافر الأهلية فيه
ب- في حال تغيير المستفيد في عقود التأمين على الحياة من قبل المؤمن له، يشترط موافقة
المؤمن عليه الخطية المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة.
